WHEN | Firebirds’ new Chef’s Features are available through February 29, 2024. Firebirds is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant offers Bar Bite features and happy hour cocktails on weekdays from 4 to 7 p.m. in its signature FIREBAR®.
