Responsible for execution quality control and proper plating procedures.
Responsible for prepping and executing the grilling station
BOH Key Manager
Assist in opening or closing while still performing your daily back of house duties.
Partner with the Executive Chef to provide direction and training to team members and are responsible for butchering and portion control.
Responsible for all back of house team members, operations, and food production.
Oversee the entire restaurants operations
General Managers who exceed expectations are promoted to Managing Partners
