Servers at Firebirds are friendly and attentive, customizing each dining experience to meet and exceed the guest’s expectations.
Team members who exceed expectations are invited to join the Certified Training program to train and develop new team members.
Team members who are entrusted to open / close the restaurant and assist with more responsibilities.
Responsible for the daily operations of the front of house functions in a restaurant, including appearance, guest experience, leadership of team members, scheduling of front of house positions, and effective communication with General Manager
Responsible for executing quality and value in all steps of service, whether it be food execution, guest relations, or level of service.
Oversee the entire restaurants operations, including: guest satisfaction, menu execution, achieving company goals, and leading by example.
Outstanding General Managers who exceed expectations will be promoted to Managing Partner
Oversees multiple restaurants across a region
Regional Vice President
Oversees multiple Regional Managers across the country
