A TEAM OF LEADERS

Firebirds team members do great things every day, and it’s our pleasure and honor to recognize them. That’s why we created our Hot-Shot Award to call attention to the extraordinary accomplishments of hourly team members, and our Trailblazer Award for management-level team members. Meet a few of our recent awardees.

  • Teddy Hines

    Congratulations to Teddy Hines, for be awarded the Stoke The Fire Award! This cherished award is given to those who demonstrate leadership qualities in line with Firebirds' culture and values. Teddy has gone above and beyond and we are so thankful to have him on the team!

  • Fabiola Muniz & Ana Jones

    Please join us in congratulating Fabiola Muniz and Ana Jones on graduating from the Firebirds MIT program! Both began their careers at Firebirds as hourly team members and Fabiola is now a Service Manager and Ana is our newest Sous Chef. Congratulations!

  • Eric "Rock" Brockway

    Eric embodies our ITEACH values in a way that sets an example for others to follow. He began his career with Firebirds as a Server in December 2012, 6 months later Eric was promoted to a Key and then promoted to Manager. When asked what he loves most about working for Firebirds he said "I always feel appreciated and I can put my team members happiness first. I think a happy staff makes for happy guests"

  • Fabiola Muniz

    Fabiola is our FOH Key Manager & Bartender in Peachtree Corners and has been chosen for the ITEACH Award this for May 2021! She was chosen because of her willingness to be a team player and always exhibits the ITEACH Values that are at the very heart of our organization.
