Dennis L. Thompson: Founder and Chairman. Mr. Thompson created Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and served as Chairman of the Board of Total Entertainment Restaurant Corporation, a publicly traded company operating 90 sports oriented restaurants under the names "Fox and Hound" and "Bailey Sports Grille" (which he co-founded). Mr. Thompson was the co-founder and a director of Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon, Inc. and served as that company’s Vice President of Real Estate from 1992 to 1997. He was a franchisee of Godfather’s Pizza, operating 60 locations until that business was sold in 1983. S. Douglas Glendenning: Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Glendenning served as a Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of Lone Star Steakhouse from 1992 to 1996 and was a Director of the Hollywood Entertainment Corporation from 2001 to 2005, where he served as Chairman of the Audit Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Special Committee that represented Shareholders, resulting in the successful sale of Hollywood in 2005. Mr. Glendenning currently serves as a Director on the Board of Jimmy Johns, Inc, the rapidly growing National Franchisor of 550+ Gourmet Sandwich Shops. Mr. Glendenning is also the owner of G-Enterprises Inc, a private holding and management company with investments in Restaurants, Real Estate and Capital Services. Leslie G. Rudd: Mr. Rudd was a co-founder of Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon, Inc., which he and his partners built into a prospering national restaurant group after going public in 1992. He is also an owner of Dean & DeLuca, an epicurean food store, with locations in St. Helena, California; Charlotte, North Carolina; Kansas City, Kansas; New York City, New York and Washington, DC. Mark Wattles: Mr. Wattles founded Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, a chain of approximately 2,000 corporate owned Hollywood Video stores and 700 Game Crazy stores, in June 1988 and until September 1998 he served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer. From August 1998 through June 2000, Mr. Wattles left his full-time position at Hollywood Entertainment Corporation and served as Chief Executive Officer of Reel.com, then a wholly owned subsidiary of Hollywood Entertainment Corporation. In August 2000, Mr. Wattles returned full time to Hollywood Entertainment Corporation to assist in turning around the business and in January 2001 was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Hollywood Entertainment Corporation was acquired by one of its competitors in April 2005. In April 2005, Mr. Wattles formed Wattles Enterprises, a capital management company which takes significant positions in public or private companies that provide products or services to consumers. Wattles Enterprises owns Ultimate Acquisition Partners, dba Ultimate Electronics and Soundtrak, a retailer of home entertainment and consumer electronics products. In 2001, Mr. Wattles was appointed to the National Advisory Council of the Marriot Business School at Brigham Young University.
